LANDSCAPE SENIOR MANAGER

  1. Monitor the reports of various landscape projects and maintenance contracts;
  2. ⁠Visit the sites according to the daily schedules with the Horticulturist;
  3. Manage the tender submission and attend tender interview with Sales Team and ensure presentation is well-prepared;
  4. Monitor the report of landscape contract target to meet the monthly required sales target;
  5. ⁠Find and meet new Clients in landscape for landscape services;
  6. Meeting with Clients to address any issues and ensure to settle the issues amicably;
  7. Work with Director & Managers to resolve any contractual disputes arising in the projects/maintenance.
  8. Monitor all the out-going quotations (Projects and Maintenance) and ensure that each status is timely updated;
  9. Verify all progress claims and check both Project and maintenance before submitted;
  10. Prepare and counter-check the proposals to Clients and attend the tender interview with Sales Team;
  11. Improves products/services offers of the Company by doing market research and propose new products/services development and perform innovative future action plans;
  12. Ensure that all awarded projects received LOA before commencing the job and discuss with the team the necessary requirements;
  13. Manage contract disputes and assess claims for extensions of time and additional costs;
  14. Participate in the project tender process, and ensure that all required tabulation of the quantities and pricing is according to the sales target;
  15. Lead as a main point of contact for clients, site and project/maintenance managers;
  16. Monitor and manage all the overall planning and execution of the contract to ensure optimization of resources and manpower;
  17. Develop business strategies aligned with project goals and budgets;
  18. Monitor and manage closely with internal and external stakeholders on any outstanding contracts not processed/signed.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.

At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the landscape industry is required for this position.

Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays if required.

Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill.
