Role:Language Specialist
Location:Fremont, CA (onsite)
Duration: 12 months
Skills Required:
- Must be fluent in verbal and written in English and any one (German, Swedish, Austria)
- Previous experience in customer service - prefer email support experience.
- Ability to clearly communicate written or verbal for English and anyone (German, Swedish, Austria)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure meaningful and logical analysis of customer generated content.
- Maintain, extract and curate customer data using Google AdWords.
- Import and export customer data from AdWords.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Analyze client websites and extracts relevant information to optimize their Google AdWords campaign in order to increase the click rate.
