· The ability to disassemble and reassemble IT
equipment as required.
· Inspect, clean and prepare equipment for
reuse.
· Evaluate equipment to determine if the unit
is salvageable, and if not then its component
level pieces should
be salvaged.
· Provide accurate diagnosis for refurbishing
service calls and make repairs to equipment as
indicated. By
bench testing each piece of refurbished equipment, you will ensure proper
functionality
before shipment.
· Attend / Visit on-site calls as per need.
· Advanced troubleshooting skills.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
· Engagement in special projects as assigned.
· Effectively document specifications and
operating procedures.
· Assistants with facility maintenance, as and
when required.
· Meet QA standards as set by the organization.
· Maintaining all assigned assets per company
Policies and Procedures.
· Improving personal productivity by enhancing
product knowledge through formal and on the
job training.
· Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
· Conduct market research on the sales or
approach new vendors as needed.
· Perform assigned duties within established
deadlines.
· Offer suggestions on process improvements.
Requirements
BS.c / Diploma in Computer Science
1 to 3 years of working experience in Hardware / related IT industry
