Laravel and React Developer (Latin America, Remote position)
Summary
Bluelight, a software consultancy serving clients across the US and Central/South America, is hiring a mid-senior Laravel + React developer for a remote role in Latin America. Day to day you build high-quality client applications using Laravel 8+ (Eloquent, APIs, Inertia.js) with React/Vue frontends and automated testing via Pest, PHPUnit, or Playwright.

We are looking for a skilled Laravel and React Developer to join our rapidly growing team. What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience with Laravel, specifically Laravel 8 and above.
- Experience with: Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, Laravel Query Builder.
- Experience with testing tools, such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright.
- Experience with Inertia.js and RESTful API in Laravel.
- Experience with frontend development (React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire, etc).
- Experience with Tailwind CSS is a bonus.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to meet expectations and adhere to estimates and processes.
- Ability to align with Bluelight's clients' goals and deliver on commitments.
