Description

We are a growing aesthetic medicine clinic in Dubai, offering a wide range of advanced laser, skin care, and body treatments. We are looking for an experienced laser & aesthetics specialist / beauty therapist to join our team and provide exceptional treatment experiences while helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality laser hair removal treatments using the Soprano system, ensuring maximum patient comfort and safety.
  • Conduct advanced body reshaping, cellulite reduction, and skin tightening protocols utilizing Icoone Laser and Emsculpt technology.
  • Provide personalized body and skin consultations, creating tailored treatment plans to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sterilization protocols for all equipment and treatment rooms in compliance with DHA standards.

Requirements

Licensure & certifications: Must hold a valid laser technician / specialist certificate recognised in the UAE (DHA license or eligibility is required). Dual certification as a beauty therapist/aesthetician is a plus, but a dedicated laser background is highly valued.

Language skills: Fluency in Russian and English is highly preferred to effectively communicate with our premium international and CIS clientele.

Experience: Proven experience working in professional aesthetic clinics, with a strong track record in laser hair removal and advanced body sculpting.

Core machine stack expertise: Immediate proficiency and hands-on experience with the following specific platforms is required:

  • Soprano (gold-standard, virtually painless laser hair removal)
  • Icoone Laser (advanced micro-alveolar stimulation for body contouring, lymphatic drainage, and skin tightening)
  • Emsculpt (high-intensity electromagnetic therapy for non-invasive muscle building and fat reduction)
