Lashing Foreman

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Lashing Foreman to lead and supervise lashing operations within Singapore’s container terminal.

Job Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily lashing operations

Lead and deploy lashing team members effectively

Ensure all lashing activities are carried out safely and efficiently

Monitor work-at-height activities and ensure proper safety practices

Conduct pre-operation briefings and provide guidance to the team

Ensure compliance with port, safety and operational procedures

Report operational issues, safety concerns and incidents to management

Support training and development of lashing personnel

Requirements :

Manage Work at Height Certificate

Class 3 Driving License

Supervise Lashing Operation Certificate

Relevant lashing or port operations experience

Good leadership and communication skills

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
