We're seeking a collaborative leader to manage our External Delivery Service Provider (EDSP) program, a strategic initiative that leverages regional partner networks to deliver packages with best-in-class service metrics. Key job responsibilities
- Oversee and develop a network of 40-50 EDSP operational nodes, ensuring consistent performance standards and supporting partner success across your region
- Build strong partnerships with field operations leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational barriers, with focus on understanding root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operational metrics, benchmarking against peer regions, and designing new mechanisms and processes that enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Lead strategic initiatives that support network expansion and consolidation, participating actively in planning cycles and translating strategy into operational execution
- Collaborate across organizations, including field operators, support teams, and technology partners to align efforts, remove obstacles, and accelerate problem resolution
