The Launch Industrial Engineer at Autoliv AOA is responsible for advancing airbag manufacturing operations by optimizing processes, planning capacity, supporting automation, and leading new product industrialization efforts.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
3–5 years of experience delivering production processes that consistently achieve target cost, quality, and volume while producing defect-free parts.
Solid understanding of airbag assembly processes.
This role requires travel and participation in global meetings.
