Launch Project Manager

- Participates in all Project meetings, co-ordinates and drives the plant/country related allocated tasks (GW20 to GW70)​
- Represents the interests of the Plant/country (be the voice), balances this with the interests of the Project and communicates relevant information to relevant stakeholders from Plant/Country ​
- Sets up the Launch team with regular team meetings in Plant/Country and ensure sufficient resource planning for the team ​
- Reports the status of the Work packages and deliverables to Project Manager using the project management software and prepares required documentation for milestone, gate reviews and project reports​
- Raises and follows up on the release of PAMs including tracking of the available, needed and spent Capex​
- Tracks and updates the Equipment planning together with the responsible team members in the Launch Team​

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a relative field.

• Previous experience in the automotive industry or a manufacturing environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced industrial environment.
