What we look for

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree and/or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5+ years in semiconductor field or related Supply Chain knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and supply planning.

Proficient in ERP systems with advanced Microsoft Office skills for reporting, data analysis, and presentations. Knowledge of JIRA and PIA is an added advantage.
- Project management experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer and service orientation, combined with negotiation skills and the ability to influence and drive decisions.
- Cross-functional mindset and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with strong analytical thinking.
- Internal exposure due to closed collaboration with different teams in Germany.
- Strong social and intercultural competencies.

Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
