Handle laundry safely and efficiently, including sorting, washing, checking, and delivering guest laundry and linen while respecting guest privacy and supporting accurate billing and teamwork.

• Handle and store laundry chemicals safely.
• Operate laundry machines correctly and safely.
• Sort laundry and linen by type, colour, and washing requirements.
• Collect, process, check, and deliver guest laundry promptly.
• Respect guest privacy and “Do Not Disturb” signs.
• Provide billing details to the Cashiering Department on time.
• Assist colleagues and perform other duties as assigned.
