Laundry Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes and linens according to established procedures.
- Inspect items for stains, damages, or special instructions before processing.
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
- Ensure all laundry chemicals and supplies are stocked and used appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laundry area.
- Follow proper safety protocols when handling equipment and chemicals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Keep accurate records of inventory, including linens and cleaning supplies.
- Assist guests or clients with laundry-related inquiries or requests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of laundry services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
