The Role

As a Hotel Laundry HVAC Technician, you will maintain and repair commercial laundry equipment and HVAC systems throughout the hotel. Your work helps ensure smooth operations for both guests and team members

What You’ll Be Doing

· Repair and maintain commercial washers, dryers, and laundry equipment

· Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems

· Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections

· Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs

· Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements

· Maintain maintenance records and repair logs

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies

· Work with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed
