- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Work closely with both the Rooms and Food & Beverage Divisions to execute their uniform programs.
- Supervise and manage daily laundry operations.
- Lead, train, and mentor laundry staff members.
- Monitor work quality and ensure all items meet established standards and customer specifications.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows.
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and labor costs.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues
- Conduct regular staff training on proper techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
- Responsible for maintaining Uniform Budgets
- Professionally handle guest feedback or concerns with guest laundry program
- Organization of the measuring and sizing of colleagues for uniforms
- Conducting coaching sessions and performance reviews of Laundry & Valet Team
- Preparing the quarterly Linen Inventories
- Conducting monthly communication meetings
- Promoting of Laundry and Valet accomplishments
- Tracking of uniforms for all new hires and implementing an effective return policy
- Maintaining a safe and hazard free work environment.
- Experience in laundry operations or a similar supervisory role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams
- Strong knowledge of laundry processes, textile care standards, and equipment operation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in quality control and attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with inventory management and basic budget oversight
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
