Laundry Operator - The Hoxton Bengaluru City

What you’ll do…

• Operate washing, drying, ironing and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Wash, dry, press and fold hotel linen, guest laundry and Heartist uniforms to the highest quality standards.
• Sort laundry according to fabric type, colour and washing instructions to ensure proper garment care.
• Inspect linen, uniforms and guest garments for stains, damage or repairs before and after processing.
• Ensure guest laundry is handled with care and delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry area, equipment and workstations throughout your shift.
• Report any equipment faults, linen shortages or maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow hotel procedures for handling laundry chemicals and operating equipment safely.
• Support linen inventory and assist in maintaining stock levels as required.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure a continuous supply of clean linen for guest rooms and public areas.
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures while maintaining The Hoxton's quality standards.
