Laundry Worker I

Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital seeks a Laundry Worker I for their GVCH Environmental Services department responsible for performing all required duties in the Linen Distribution Operation as Laundry worker I.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum: Basic Computer knowledge. Knowledge of how to properly make use of the approved linen handling procedures.

Years of Related Work Experience:

• Minimum: Hands on laundry functions experience.
• Preferred: One Year or longer hands-on experience acquired in a laundry dedicated to the processing of hospital's linen items.
