Law Enforcement Engagement Specialist

This is a non-bargaining unit position.

As a Law Enforcement Engagement Specialist, at the GS-13 full performance level, you will perform the following duties: Serves as a point of contact between ICE assigned region, law enforcement agencies, and other key stakeholders, while educating law enforcement agencies and cultivating partnerships. Educate public and private entities about law enforcement services and activities, as well as the roles and responsibilities of ICE officers/agents. Provide information and assistance to ICE officers/agents to enhance their understanding of stakeholder/law enforcement partner concerns related to ICE's mission. Work with ICE components on strategizing, designing and implementing engagement efforts in support of projects and initiatives. Conduct outreach and engagement activities amongst law enforcement agencies to promote ICE programs.
