Our client, a boutique firm specializing in litigation and plaintiff-side class actions, is currently seeking an experienced lawyer with at least 3 years of civil and commercial litigation experience to join their dynamic team. Experience in class actions or insolvency would be considered a strong asset.

YOUR ROLE:
Conduct legal research in connection with assigned matters;
Prepare legal opinions and complex court proceedings and pleadings;
Work on litigation matters across various practice areas, including plaintiff-side class actions;
Represent clients before courts and tribunals, as required;
Collaborate with senior lawyers and a sophisticated clientele.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
- Approximately 3+ years of litigation experience in an established law firm;
- Experience in class actions or insolvency is a significant asset;
- Team spirit and strong client service skills;
Leadership abilities and strong organizational skills.
