If you've recently been called to the Singapore Bar and are looking to build a career in Conveyancing & Property Law, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced practitioners. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
What You'll Do
- Handle residential, commercial, and industrial conveyancing matters.
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal searches and due diligence.
- Liaise with clients, banks, developers, and relevant authorities.
- Manage files from commencement to completion with supervision and guidance.
What We're Looking For
- Called to the Singapore Bar and qualified as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
- Freshly called lawyers and candidates with 0–2 years' PQE are encouraged to apply.
- Prior conveyancing experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Keen to learn and build a long-term career in property law.
