Responsibilities
- Ensure the company’s operations are fully compliant with local regulations.
- Daily support of operations, finance, and HR departments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Provide expert legal advice on regulatory restrictions and developments in the online gaming and entertainment industry.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with the company’s operations.
- Collaborate with foreign administrators and other stakeholders to ensure smooth legal operations across different regions.
- Maintain and organize legal documents, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on relevant legal issues and updates, fostering a culture of compliance within the company.
- Support in opening bank accounts.
- Support with corporate changes.
- 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in the iGaming sector / IT product company.
- Experience in Due Diligence and Know Your Client (KYC) processes (both incoming and outgoing).
- Experience working with non-resident companies and foreign administrators.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating different types of contracts, including the provision of specialized software services.
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Basic understanding of intellectual property laws and procedures for IP rights acquisition and protection.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher; Legal English is a plus.
- High-level analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
