What You Bring

Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or related work experience in any of those areas

Demonstrated experience with automated transit systems, maintenance, operations, or a comparable safety-critical transportation environment

Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in transportation or industrial environments

Familiarity with Maintenance Management Information Systems (MMIS) such as Maximo

A project management certification or equivalent experience

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary management, supervisory, technical, and frontline teams

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Compensation: $120,000 - 140,000
For U.S. positions that could be performed in Los Angeles or San Francisco, pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, Alstom will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
