LC1 - Assembler Steel Door

Labor Class I positions are jobs which require employees of a higher skill set and a higher training level than the general labor requirements of Labor Class II. In order to qualify for Labor Class I positions, a qualified candidate must demonstrate that they meet all of the general requirements:

Minimum Requirements: This position:

• Must be able to read and interpret, in English, job related documents, as well as communicate on a functional level with supervision and management in English.
• Must be able to identify products by way of work-related documents such as pick lists, work orders, shipping documents, etc.
• Must demonstrate ability to do simple math of adding, subtracting, dividing, and multiplying through a math test.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in reading a measuring tape and ruler.

Essential Physical Functions:

• Position requires handling materials in different configurations of palletizing and containerization.

Physical exertion including manual lifting of materials is sometimes necessary; therefore, ability to lift at least 50 lbs. safely is a must.
