LCSW or MFT (Remote)

The Behavioral Health Counselor will be responsible for evaluating and determining courses of treatment for their assigned clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIES:

The expectations of this position are:

1. 2. To coordinate all aspects of your client’s treatment and provide ongoing counseling.

3. Actively participate in ongoing program evaluation.

The specific duties of the Clinician are:

1. To be able to assess the clients need for Therapy.

2. Design a treatment plan to meet the need of the client.

3. Be able to diagnose the client and follow through with required paperwork of the program as follows:

• Fully written assessment of the client.
• Complete diagnosis using DSMIV protocols.
• Use the ICDM9 for primary diagnosis for billing purposes
• Maintain patient records, according to Clinic protocols.

4. Attend case conferences.

5. Maintain knowledge of community resources and programs and make appropriate referrals as required.

6. Be available to perform the duties of the Behavioral Health Program Manager, during absences.

7. Other duties as assigned.
