RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring a welcoming environment for clients in the store
- Sharing with the client his/her knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection, and creating genuine, authentic connections with clients
- Fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock, labeling and boxing the creations
- Building a client database by gathering all clients information
- Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to company philosophy and escalating to corporate level for specific requests
IN-STORE OPERATIONAL DUTIES
- Up-keeping the maintenance of the Boutique (retail floor as well as lab area, stock room)
- Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly sales
- Ensuring full stock of merchandise on the floor and transferring from the stock room to the floor as needed
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trainers and educators

- Local Brand advocates / ambassadors
- Local event host
- Tastemakers
- Models (for our education guides, social media)
- Brand.com fulfillment (in select FSS)
