Lead Accountant

Responsibilities
• Oversee financial and accounting operations
• Interpret financial results and recommend process improvements
• Support strategic financial decision-making
• Prepare budgets and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws and accounting standards
• Manage cash flow forecasting and bank relationships

Requirements
• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks is an advantage)
• Professional qualification (ICAN, CFA, CIMA, etc.) is an added advantage

Benefits
• Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦550,000 (Gross)
