Lead AI/ML Engineer - Generative AI

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

- Build LLM-based applications, AI Agents, and RAG pipelines.

- Work with Python and popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries.

- Develop solutions using NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.

- Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, and external tools.

- Perform model evaluation, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting.

- Work with engineering and product teams to deploy AI solutions into production.

- Implement prompt engineering and improve LLM response quality.

- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying Generative AI and LLM-based solutions within large-scale production environments.

- Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, with a strong foundation in Machine Learning principles.

- Proven ability to design and manage VectorDB implementations and complex RAG architectures for enterprise search and retrieval.

- Strong command over prompt engineering strategies to optimize model behavior and output quality across diverse use cases.

- Experience in implementing LLMOps pipelines, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated testing for AI systems.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
