Wise is seeking an experienced Model Designer or a systems-focused Content Designer to join the Content Design Guild. You will shape and scale AI-powered customer experiences, designing agents, prompts, and context to guide Wise users through the product.
You’ll work with engineers, data scientists, product managers and other designers to evolve AI design practices while maintaining a strong user-centric focus and quality outcomes.
