**Lead AI Product Designer (UI/UX) – Core Team**

Wonders.ai is seeking an exceptional AI Product Designer to own and continuously improve the entire UX of darlin™ (www.darlin.ai) across PC, mobile, and web.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring exceptional UX judgment, proven AI product experience, and strong ownership. We want someone who can independently identify usability problems, redesign interactions, and ensure improvements are properly implemented—not simply create beautiful Figma screens.

**Responsibilities**

1. **UX Ownership:** Lead, audit, redesign, and improve the entire product experience across all platforms.
2. **AI Interactions:** Design intuitive voice, conversation, character, memory, and real-time AI interactions.
3. **UX Excellence:** Improve user journeys, interaction flows, micro-interactions, transitions, animations, and edge cases.
4. **Product Experience:** Optimize onboarding, navigation, settings, payments, notifications, and overall usability.
5. **Rapid Execution:** Deliver Figma prototypes within 1 week and production-ready designs within 1 month.
6. **Design Systems:** Establish consistent UI components, design standards, and cross-platform experiences.
7. **Implementation:** Work directly with engineers, review actual implementations, and ensure design quality through release.
8. **Leadership & Improvement:** Guide 0–1 designers, analyze user feedback, identify weaknesses, and independently drive improvements.

**Requirements**

• Proven experience designing and shipping AI-powered products.
• Exceptional UX, interaction design, and product judgment.
• Advanced Figma, prototyping, and design system expertise.
• Ability to independently diagnose and solve complex UX problems.
• Strong ownership from concept through implementation.
• Portfolio demonstrating real products and measurable UX improvements.

5. **迅速な実行：** 1週間以内にFigmaプロトタイプ、1か月以内に実装可能なデザインを完成。
6. **デザインシステム：** UIコンポーネント、デザイン基準、各プラットフォームの一貫性を確立。
7. **実装品質：** エンジニアと連携し、実装結果を確認・改善、リリースまで品質を確保。
8. **リーダーシップ：** 0〜1名のデザイナー指導、ユーザー分析、課題発見、改善の推進。
