About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Lead AI Software Engineers who thrives on building scalable, production-ready AI applications and enjoys solving complex technical problems.
You'll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
What You'll BringWe're looking for someone with strong hands-on experience developing production-grade solutions, including:
- Working with data technologies including Python
- Developing solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and working with both closed- and open-source models (including the OpenAI API)
- Designing and architecting data-driven applications using Python, SQL, and related technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions
- Work on cutting-edge Generative AI projects with leading enterprise organisations
- Collaborate with experts in AI, machine learning, and software engineering
- Build innovative, production-ready AI solutions that make a real business impact
- Contribute to applied research, rapid prototyping, and enterprise AI innovation
