This role drives engineering efficiency, system reliability, and release velocity by integrating development and operations through automation, observability, and governance.</span></p><p></p><p style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Define and execute the DevOps strategy aligned with organizational and product delivery goals.</font></li><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Architect and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.</font></li><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Lead and mentor the DevOps/SRE team, establishing best practices and engineering standards.</font></li><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Design and manage infrastructure platforms across on-premises and hybrid environments.</font></li><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.</font></li><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.</font></li><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Integrate security practices into pipelines, ensuring DevSecOps compliance and vulnerability color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Manage and optimize container orchestration platforms using Kubernetes.</font></li><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Establish and enforce configuration management and environment consistency across pipelines.</font></li><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and implement preventive measures.</font></li><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;">Evaluate and onboard new tools and technologies to enhance DevOps maturity and team productivity.</li></ul><p style="margin:0px 0px 1rem;"><span style="font-family:DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif;font-weight:bolder;color:rgb(19,19,19);">Qualification, Experience and Skills</span></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins (including pipelines and shared libraries).</font></li><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Strong programming skills in Python and scripting (Shell, Batch).</font></li><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Experience in developing and maintaining Jenkins files and reusable pipeline libraries.</font></li><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif">Proficiency in SCM and planning tools such as Git, GitLab, IBM Rational Team Concert, and Jira.</font></li><li style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><font color="#131313" face="DarwinSans, Roboto,
