We have been serving the Lakewood/Rocky River community for over 3 years! We have a great school culture with an engaged team, a supportive and caring leadership team and a family environment.

As we have continued to grow, we are looking to grow our team with a teacher for some of our programs ranging from infants through toddlers and even preschool.

Educational Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education (or child-related degree) is preferred
  • Current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching Credential preferred
  • Currently enrolled in a CDA or degreed program preferred
Job Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plan activities that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level.
  • Meeting the individual needs of the children.
  • Professional parent communication.
  • Participation in staff and training meetings.
  • Designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom.
  • Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
  • Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level.
  • Supporting a positive team environment.
  • Using assessment tools.
  • Committing to continuing education.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
