Lead Architect (Application Development)

- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 15 years of relevant software development experience, with a strong focus on cloud-native technologies and proven expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. Knowledge in financial sector or payment systems are preferred
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript (Node.js), for backend development and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with frontend technologies including JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and DevOps tools
- Knowledge of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience leveraging AI assisted development tools (i.e. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance development efficiency, code quality and productivity is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage remote teams and work under pressure
- Fast learner, willing to take initiatives to learn legacy and new businesses
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
