Lead Assistant Manager

• Manage Residual Market assessments, invoices, and payment activities across FAIR Plans, Assigned Risk Pools, MAIPF, FL CAT, and other state-mandated insurance programs.
• Review invoices received via email or external portals and ensure timely processing.
• Validate market share-based assessment calculations using Written Premium (WP) data and applicable allocation percentages.
• Coordinate and execute assessment payments while ensuring adherence to regulatory deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and update the Master Tracker for all assessments, payments, and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Specialty Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams to support residual market obligations and reporting requirements.
