Lead Associate/ Engineer (Cyber Security/ IT/ Central/ Attractive Bonus)

• Salary: up to $10,500 + Attractive Bonus & Benefits
Responsibility:
- Design, implement, and manage security technologies including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, DLP, PAM, IAM, WAF, IDS/IPS, and Vulnerability Management.
- Lead security solution design and implementation across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Ensure security platforms are hardened, optimized, patched, supported, and compliant with organizational standards.
- Lead incident response and resolution of critical security events, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and integration issues with internal teams and vendors.
- Lead POC, SIT/UAT, deployment, and production rollout of security solutions.
- Manage BAU operations and changes in line with ITSM processes.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, standards, and architecture diagrams.
- Mentor engineers and promote security engineering best practices.
- Support audit, compliance, risk management, and remediation activities.
- Drive automation and integration to improve security operations and scalability.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on cloud security experience, preferably with AWS.
- Strong knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, firewalls, system hardening, and secure architecture.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux and scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise security implementations and production rollouts.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with complex enterprise environments and external vendors.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, CEH, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent.
- Experience with APIs, scripting, automation, and security orchestration.
