<p>"Roles and Responsibilities </p><p><br /></p><p>As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of healthcare applications. You will drive test automation initiatives, define testing strategies, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software. </p><p><br /></p><p>We are seeking an experienced SDET with a strong background in automation testing and quality engineering practices. The ideal candidate will help lead quality initiatives and ensure effective testing across healthcare systems. </p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities </p><p><br /></p><p>Technical Expertise </p><p><br /></p><p>Strong hands-on experience in test automation using Playwright (preferred) or Selenium. </p><p><br /></p><p>Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java. </p><p><br /></p><p>Experience with API, UI, and end-to-end test automation. </p><p><br /></p><p>Exposure to performance testing is a plus. </p><p><br /></p><p>Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-powered testing tools is preferred. </p><p><br /></p><p>Stay current with emerging testing tools, technologies, and quality engineering best practices. </p><p><br /></p><p>Quality & Collaboration </p><p><br /></p><p>Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites. </p><p><br /></p><p>Define and document testing strategies aligned with business and engineering objectives. </p><p><br /></p><p>Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC. </p><p><br /></p><p>Identify quality risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives. </p><p><br /></p><p>Communication </p><p><br /></p><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </p><p><br /></p><p>Ability to effectively collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.
