Lead Aviation Software Engineer – Hybrid

Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Lead Aviation Software Developer in George, Western Cape. You will spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of safety-critical aviation software, guiding a skilled team through the full SDLC in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires a strong background in C++, Java, or Python, with 10+ years in software development and at least 3 years in a lead role. DO-178C experience and embedded/RTOS exposure are highly valued.
