Job Description:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java and React technologies.
Act as a technical anchor for the development team, providing guidance on architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
Remain hands-on in coding and contribute significantly to the development of critical application components.
Design and develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical growth.
