Intellias is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer for Healthcare Data Interoperability. This hands-on technical leadership role focuses on building real-time, compliant healthcare data platforms using FHIR standards and modern backend technologies.
You will lead engineers across backend, data engineering, and interoperability teams, design scalable APIs, and ensure secure, scalable delivery in a remote setup from Spain with US healthcare ecosystem focus.
