We’re looking for an experienced BCBA to be the senior clinical presence in one of our centers. - Make real-time shift decisions, such as coverage, session changes, and opening or closing the center
- Manage the RBTs on your shift: onboarding, monthly standards checks, and performance reviews
- Deliver a monthly clinical training for center staff, alternating with the other Lead
