Lead Brand Designer
You will report directly to the Creative Director and play a key role in defining, differentiating, and scaling the M0 identity across all surfaces, including web, campaigns, print, and digital experiences. You'll translate highly complex and technical products and services into strategically compelling and emotionally resonant visual work. You'll be conceptual, experimental, and iterative, diving into new challenges and coming up with striking ideas that push boundaries industry-wide.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve M0's visual identity
- Ensure a differentiated presence in the market while expanding the brand's art direction and design system
- Execute sharp, thoughtful design work on tight timelines
- Concept and execute campaign work with the Creative Director
- Create adaptive toolkits that teams can use for routine self-service content
- Produce sales and developer materials such as one-sheeters, diagrams for dev docs, event banners, and slide decks
- Leverage AI tools strategically to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate across the organization with copywriters, marketing, product, BD, and external agencies
- Stay current on creative, advertising, and industry trends
Requirements
- 6-9 years of progressive design experience in fast paced environments
- A robust portfolio of proven 360° work across campaigns and platforms
- Proficiency in web design implementation and hosting platforms, like Framer and Webflow
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep familiarity with Web3, stablecoins, and the broader crypto ecosystem
