Requirements:- We are looking for an experienced ERP analyst with demonstrable experience in delivering operational design (business processes), process re-engineering, and supporting business change projects.
- We require experience with system integrations post acquisitions and group strategic projects.
- We need excellent interpersonal, technical, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- We require the ability to write and present fluently and persuasively on all aspects of business analysis work.
- We are looking for expertise in investigating, analysing, modelling, and recording business areas or systems, including business environment analysis and process modelling.
- We require experience in preparing and presenting business cases, RFP invitations to tender (ITT), and statements of requirements/work.
- We need hands-on experience conducting rigorous analysis and testing using techniques such as persona development, customer journey mapping, requirements engineering, benefit analysis, change impact assessments, pulse surveys, requirement traceability, test cases/scripts, and related methods.
- We require an industry recognised business process-related qualification.
- We need experience in agile or waterfall project delivery and business analysis methodologies.
- We require experience reporting project updates to steering groups and stakeholders.
- We need team management and direct report experience, including leading meetings and holding 1-2-1s.
- We require strong SAP ERP experience, including SAP configuration.
- We are looking for a self-motivated leader with experience managing a business analysis team and embedding best practice.
- We will support the Group in implementing business change projects while managing a team of business analysts.
- We will support the delivery of an ambitious agenda for automating business processes across the organisation.
- We will work closely with business super users and the Business Transformation Programme.
- We will work with stakeholders at all levels to support business and IT improvements that help achieve business objectives.
- We will define strategies, agree and prioritise business requirements, conduct feasibility studies, produce organisational-level and detailed business models, and oversee the definition and implementation of holistic solutions.
- We will take responsibility for the business analysis service provision across the organisation or business unit.
- We will determine the value proposition for the business analysis function and define the roles and responsibilities for business analysis staff.
- We will take an active part in IT policymaking and in software and hardware procurement with senior technical staff and specialised IT management.
- We will act as advocates for the business to ensure IT provision meets strategic objectives.
- We will recognise opportunities arising from organisational and technological change and define change initiatives to exploit them.
- We will ensure business benefits are clearly defined, quantified, and managed through to realisation.
- We will advise and influence executive management throughout the business change lifecycle.
- We will assess problems, identify opportunities, and progress projects from concept by eliciting requirements and proposing options.
- We will continually evolve our approach to business analysis using the best available methodologies, tools, and processes.
- We will allocate workload across the team for support, change, and project activities.
- We will use our SAP knowledge and experience to build SAP configuration capability within the team and wider business.
- We will review business processes and digital customer/user journeys and develop optimisation approaches.
- We will manage business analysis, procedural, and training documentation, including creation, review, updating, and maintenance.
- We will deliver workshops and presentations to communicate new ideas and findings to stakeholders and the wider team.
- We will support testing cycles with IT and business resources to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions are delivered into the business, including test traceability criteria, test cases/scripts, and defect logs.
- We will track performance against KPIs covering process optimisation, incident management, project delivery, quality effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, project management, and team management metrics.
