• 6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis / Technical BusinessAnalysis or a related roleJobDescriptionConduct requirement and gap analysis to identifybusiness needs and technical solutions.
• Write epics and user stories independently, ensuringclear and concise documentation.
• Create mockups using tools like Balsamiq to visualizerequirements and solutions.
• Collaborate with design and development teams toensure seamless integration of business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage client and stakeholder communication, ensuringtransparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project governance, planning, execution, andmanagement, including capacity planning and status reporting.
• Implement delivery excellence practices, includingknowledge management, SoP documentation, and process improvement.
• Mentor and manage team members, fostering acollaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Contribute to business growth by identifyingopportunities for innovation and improvement.

Skills Mandatory:

• Strong technical acumen with experience in BI, SQL,and Python.
• Proficiency in Generative AI and prompt engineeringskills, with a good understanding of the LLM ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and its applications inbusiness processes.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Incrementaldelivery models.
• Excellent multitasking and stakeholder communicationskills.
• Ability to estimate efforts and manage projecttimelines effectively.
• Experience in creating and managing projectdocumentation and reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must have worked in more than one industry and possessexcellent prompt engineering skills.
