Lead Business Analyst – NAS / Storage Migration (f/m)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a long-term project within a large international organization in the financial sector.

This role combines Business Analyst team leadership, coordination of NAS/storage migrations, and hands-on work with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI. We are looking for someone with strong practical technical experience who can effectively collaborate with business and technical teams as well as senior stakeholders.

Location & Work Model

• Poland

• Hybrid work – availability to work from the office approximately 3 days per week, depending on project needs

• Possible office locations: Warsaw, Łódź, or Tricity

• International working environment

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of Business Analysts

• Planning and coordinating end-to-end storage/NAS migrations

• Participating in and leading NAS migration activities according to agreed timelines

• Cooperating with Release Management

• Daily communication with stakeholders

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for management

• Following up on requests from management and Project Managers

• Creating, developing, maintaining, and owning Power BI dashboards

• Working with PowerApps and Microsoft Power Platform solutions

• Working with SharePoint trackers

Requirements – MUST HAVE

• Hands-on experience with NAS (Network Attached Storage)

• Strong knowledge of CIFS/SMB and NFS

• Practical experience with storage/NAS migrations, including planning and leading migrations end-to-end

• Hands-on PowerApps development experience

• Experience with Power BI, including creating and maintaining dashboards

• Good knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Experience with SharePoint trackers

• Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience leading a team of Business Analysts

• Good command of English and confidence working in an international environment
