Job Summary (Lead Business Analyst - Pega):
- Lead Business Analyst role focused on supporting large-scale UK public sector transformation initiatives.
- Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Responsible for managing backlogs, defining and refining requirements, and setting delivery priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Leads backlog grooming sessions to confirm in-scope requirements for key programme milestones.
- Conducts customer journey mapping and process gap analysis, ensuring ownership and resolution of identified issues.
- Establishes and enforces story quality standards, acceptance criteria, and best practices in business analysis.
- Facilitates workshops and drives consensus among multiple suppliers and stakeholder groups.
- Supports delivery planning by evaluating feasibility and classifying items by delivery risk.
- Ensures end-to-end traceability of requirements and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Brings 12+ years of Business Analysis experience (9+ years in Pega), particularly in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Demonstrates expertise in backlog management, user story development, requirements traceability, and stakeholder management.
- Experienced in large-scale public sector transformation projects with a strong focus on compliance.
- Holds Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications.
