Lead Business Analyst - Telecom with Salesforce

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst - Telecom with Salesforce to lead requirements work and Scrum processes for a Fiber-focused application stream. You will coordinate stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver features through build, test, deploy, and maintenance with a focus on quality and predictability. Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholders and capture their input to define and clarify requirements
• Sustain a crisp program-wide scope definition and keep it aligned across teams
• Produce and maintain documentation that supports program and project management needs
• Coordinate with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver features through build, test, and on-time release
• Run Scrum Master activities by monitoring schedules, spotting issues early, and communicating status and risks to stakeholders
• Manage release schedules and milestone commitments to maintain strong delivery velocity
• Contribute hands-on software development and project management support while coordinating cross-functionally and ensuring effective inter/intra team communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical area or equivalent real-world experience
• 8+ years of IT experience overall, including 5+ years in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical fields
• Solid experience in software development and overseeing end-to-end execution of programs spanning multiple engineering teams
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce
• Advanced knowledge of Agile software development methods
• Proficiency as a Scrum Master facilitating and leading development sprints
• English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above for clear communication

Nice to have

• Background in Network Engineering
• Familiarity with OSS
• Understanding of Salesforce (core clouds)
• Qualifications in Software Engineering
• Ability to work through issues in fast-moving, constantly changing environments while collaborating cross-functionally in integrated teams with technical and non-technical members
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
