Your role
As a Pega Lead Business Architect, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Pega solutions. You will lead requirements and process design activities, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes. You will also drive best practices, facilitate workshops, and support the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
Your project
As Capgemini we are a global partner of Pega and help world’s leading organizations on their digital transformation journeys. You will work in our project teams as an advisor and designer of low‑code solutions built on the Pega platform.
Our projects focus on creating digitalization applications for large European and global clients across industries such as logistics, the public sector, and retail. Some initiatives are greenfield implementations, while others involve optimization and further development of existing solutions.
We are hiring in Gdańsk, Kraków, Poznań, Warszawa and Wrocław!
Your tasks
- translating business processes and needs into tailored designs based on Pega Infinity Platform or strategic applications;
- advising the client on best practices and usage scenarios;
- cooperation with a team of Pega system architects (CLSA, CSSA and CSA);
- making sure the solutions meet the highest standards and are up to date with Pega’s latest capabilities;
- mentoring more junior Pega Business Architects (CPBA) and cross-functional teams.
Your profile
- Pega Business Architect (CPBA) and/or Pega System Architect (CPSA) certification;
- Pega Lead Business Architect experience with min. 6 years in business analysis and design of processes and applications with Pega Infinity Platform;
- hands-on Pega Infinity Platform configuration experience;
- fluent English and German, both written and spoken;
- Solution Designer, Pega Blueprint and AI experience are an advantage;
- experience running workshops, writing user stories, and creating functional documentation for complex business processes;
- excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration abilities;
- familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
