Summary
Hands-on lead engineer who gathers requirements from department heads and personally builds, integrates and modernises enterprise/ERP applications (ERP, HRMS, MRP/APS, finance) for a manufacturing MNC's overseas UAE projects, using Oracle DB, SQL, REST APIs, full-stack development, dashboards and AI-assisted automation.
This position is for overseas projects(UAE) with prequent onsites and there will be excellent compaensation for selectd Candiadates,

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on, technically strong and self-driven Lead Business Systems & AI Engineer to develop, integrate and modernise enterprise business applications.
We are seeking someone who can understand business challenges, work independently with Department Heads and personally deliver practical technology solutionsfrom requirements gathering through development, deployment and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into BRDs, FRDs and technical solutions.
- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise applications and ERP-related solutions.
- Work hands-on with Oracle Database, SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Connect business workflows across ERP, HRMS, MRP/APS, Production, Procurement, Inventory and Finance.
- Develop full-stack applications, dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow automations.
- Apply AI-assisted software development and practical AI solutions to improve business processes.
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 710 years of relevant experience, with proven technical capability valued above years alone.
- Strong hands-on software development and enterprise systems experience.
- Demonstrated technical and functional ERP knowledge.
- Practical Oracle Db, SQL, API, and integration exp.
- Understanding of cross-functional mfg and enterprise workflows.
- Exp applying AI to software development and business automation.
Added Advantage
- Manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
- Legacy ERP modernisation and integration.
- MRP/APS and production planning knowledge.
- Lean, Lean Six Sigma or process-improvement certification.
We are looking for a builder and problem-solver, not solely a project coordinator or systems administrator.
