Lead Business Systems Analyst
Summary
Senior Lead Business Analyst on a 6-month contract driving integrated workplace management system (IWMS) projects: liaising with stakeholders and vendors, managing requirements and planning, reviewing test cases and change requests, training users, and mentoring juniors. Core tools are ARCHIBUS/Tririga (IWMS) and Microsoft Office.
Salary: $7,000 – $8,000 per month
Job Title: Lead Business Analyst (6 months - immediate starter)
The Lead Business Analyst is of a senior position with the need to work closely with stakeholders, facilitate and follow through on program requirements as well as cost effective strategy. This individual needs to lead and support all integrated workplace management systems projects.
Responsibilities:
Liaison between stakeholders, inclusive of vendors and teams.
Managing processes, planning sessions, decision making.
Work with teams to drive design, review test cases, change request and all other duties pertaining to projects
Educate and train users on system functionality or best practices.
Serve as strategic advisor to external leadership and roadmap.
Mentor, upskill, provide structured coaching and career growth to juniors.
negotiate alignment between stakeholders importance, resolving conflicts and driving consensus on scope, requirements and timeliness
Requirements:
7+ years Business Analyst, familiarity of Project Management process, Project Management certification highly preferred
Implementation and deployment experience with 2+ yrs ARCHIBUS, Tririga or similar IWMS application (Integrated Workplace Management Software)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint
Conceptual knowledge of AutoCAD and document management highly preferred
Bachelor/Graduation Degree
APAC hours including Australia/India Time/ US/EMEA work time-zone
