Job Overview:
To oversee and manage RFQ-based procurement operations,
ensure governance compliance, supervise procurement staff, and drive commercial
value, efficiency, and supplier performance across all sourcing activities at
Al Qadsiah Club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise
and coordinate RFQ activities executed by Buyers and Senior Buyers.
- Review
and validate commercial evaluations prior to submission for approval.
- Lead
negotiations for high-value, strategic, or critical procurement.
- Ensure
adherence to procurement policies, delegation of authority, and budget
controls.
- Monitor
procurement KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Drive
cost-saving initiatives and sourcing optimization strategies.
- Ensure
complete documentation and audit readiness of all RFQ processes.
- Evaluate
and manage supplier performance and risk.
- Support
procurement planning and reporting to the Procurement Lead.
- Provide
coaching, performance management, and development for team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 8–12
years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory
role.
- Strong
leadership and commercial negotiation expertise.
- Experience
managing multi-category procurement portfolios.
- Advanced
reporting and analytical skills.
