Job summary

Lead Carpenter with commercial construction experience. Drywall and wood repair experience required and painting experience preferred. Perform daily construction task and assist superintendent as needed. Oversee sub-contractors and communicate with the team. Complete projects and tasks with top notch quality.

Candidate Requirements

· Carpenter with minimum (5) years’ experience in the commercial construction industry

· Drywall and wood repair experience

· Must be a team player

· Read and understand construction plans and specifications

· Perform material takeoffs

· Self-sufficient with minimum supervision required

· Drive to various job locations using own transportation

· Use own tools for various tasks with FLC Contracting, LLC. supplementing as needed

· Competent and understanding of safety and OSHA rules

· OSHA 10 or 30 card preferred
